The roadmap doesn't stop at Tier 3. What follows gets shaped by what testers ask for after each release.

What Halation won't do

Open a network connection. The Android manifest omits the INTERNET permission. Any attempt to open a socket would fail at the OS level.
Show ads. The APK bundles no ad SDK. Monetization is a one-time IAP per tier.
Ask you to sign in. First launch goes straight from the permission grant to the viewfinder.
Upload your photos. Captures write to your device's Pictures/Halation/ directory. Nowhere else.
